Welcome to Teacher Care Now Foundation Inc. 

Teacher Care Now Foundation Inc. (TCNfi) is dedicated to promoting Teacher Health and Wellness through events, courses, and resources.

We are a 501c3 nonprofit organization started in 2020, founded by teachers who believe that Teacher Care Now should be a priority to improve teacher well-being and decrease teacher shortages, stress, and burnout.

When teachers are at their physical and mental best their families, students, and society all benefit.

Join us Saturday, May 9, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. CST/11:00 a.m. EST for Healthy Commitment: Creating a Sustainable Teacher Identity. When work identity becomes unhealthy, the normal ups and downs of teaching—when things don’t go your way (and they often don’t)—can lead to feeling less effective, capable, or successful at your job. These are characteristics of the burnout dimension known as reduced efficacy or productivity.

In this workshop, you’ll learn:

  • What inefficacy is and how it connects to burnout.
  • Learn the warning signs that your work identity is becoming unhealthy.
  • How to create a sustainable teacher identity.

 

You’ll learn mindset shifts that support a healthier, more sustainable commitment to teaching.
